About the role

We have an opportunity for a Chaplaincy Coordinator to be part of our Chaplaincy Unit within Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command. The role is responsible for providing efficient administration, recruitment, onboarding, and governance support of the Chaplaincy program for members of the NSWPF, their families and retired personnel. The role ensures chaplaincy services align with organisational policies, and cultural expectations by overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of Honorary Chaplains, maintaining accurate program records, and supporting the operational integrity of the Chaplaincy Program.
