We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our Business Development team in Perth on a 6-month contract.

You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development professionals, partners and key stakeholders to ensure events are professionally executed, strategically aligned and deliver real value to our clients and practice groups.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Planning and delivering a range of client events, seminars and networking initiatives
  • Managing event logistics end-to-end, including venue coordination, suppliers, run sheets and on-the-day delivery
  • Supporting the development of event concepts and engagement strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences
  • Tracking event outcomes and providing insights to support future initiatives and improvements
  • Assisting with broader Business Development activities as required during the contract period

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an events or business development coordination role, ideally within professional services
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across a variety of teams
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, polished client experiences
