Business Development Coordinator

As part of a collaborative portfolio team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering business development initiatives that drive growth across our Practice Groups, key clients and strategic priorities.
Working closely with senior Business Development colleagues, Practice Group Leaders, Client Relationship Partners and broader business services teams, you will help elevate Corrs’ market profile while contributing to impactful, revenue-generating initiatives.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Supporting the development of key business development materials, including tenders, proposals and credentials
- Contributing to the execution of practice and client growth strategies
- Coordinating and delivering client events and engagement initiatives
- Undertaking market research and insights analysis to inform strategy and opportunities
- Preparing compelling matter content for submissions, directories and external profiling
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a marketing or business development role within professional services
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- A high level of attention to detail, particularly in written work
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
