Introduction

Do you love admin and being in a support role?

As an Administration Officer working with us, you will support the Clinical Team to ensure successful delivery of the Students with Disability Assessment Service. This role entails all aspects of administration to deliver the service and meet all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Students with Disability Assessment Service is a statewide assessment service which conducts cognitive and language assessments of students with probable disabilities on behalf of the state government Department of Education (DE).

Opportunity

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving incoming calls from a range of stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining the program database
  • End to end processing of detailed referrals for assessments
  • Liaison with various internal and external stakeholders

About you

To be successful in your application you will have:

  • Experience in administration roles
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional attention to detail (spelling, punctuation, grammar)
  • Demonstrated experience to multi-task in a very busy environment, including handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
