Our client is looking for a data-driven Paid Search Specialist with 1–3 years’ experience to manage and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, improving ROI, and supporting wider digital marketing strategy.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, while conducting keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and optimising campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, as well as analysing campaign data to produce clear, actionable reports. The role also involves A/B testing ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures, managing budgets effectively with performance forecasting, and collaborating closely with SEO, content, and wider marketing teams. Additionally, you’ll stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

  • 1–3 years’ hands-on experience in PPC / Paid Search
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search essential, Display/YouTube a bonus)
  • Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads (desirable, not required)
  • Solid understanding of keyword strategy and campaign structure
  • Confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4)
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actions
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
