Your New Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and solving real customer pain points, delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences across websites, applications, and platforms. Working within an agile environment, you will champion the voice of the customer and contribute to multiple digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading user research activities including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and competitor benchmarking
  • Translating insights into actionable design solutions aligned to both customer needs and business objectives
  • Developing personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, and annotated wireframes
  • Creating concepts and prototypes (lo-fi to hi-fi) to support stakeholder engagement and solution design
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, product, and data
  • Ensuring UX best practice across CRO, SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and brand consistency
  • Contributing to digital roadmap planning through market and trend analysis

This is a high-impact role where you will influence both strategic direction and hands-on design delivery.

What You'll Need to Succeed

You are a passionate customer advocate with strong UX capability and a commercial mindset, able to connect design decisions with measurable business outcomes.

You will ideally bring:

  • Extensive experience in UX design, user research, and human-centred design methodologies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of successful digital products and experience.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, analytics platforms, CMS, and Atlassian suite
  • A solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), CRO and SEO principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
