What you'll be doing
You will support core applications, improve workflows, maintain templates, assist with project delivery and provide first-line support across the business.
What you'll bring
- Supporting the implementation, configuration and ongoing improvement of business applications and related processes.
- Providing responsive, high-quality support to internal users and triaging software issues as a key point of contact.
- Identifying inefficiencies, troubleshooting system issues and helping automate or streamline workflows.
- Maintaining process guides, templates, documentation and system-related records.
- Assisting with reporting, onboarding and offboarding, software updates and data integrity.
- Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to innovation-focused activities and helping drive better use of systems across the business.
You will be organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with experience in applications support, systems administration or product support. You will also bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Degree qualified in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline, or holding equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar applications, systems support or software-focused role.
- Previous exposure to professional services and supporting business applications in a client-focused environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, workflow improvement, template maintenance, automation or reporting.
- Knowledge of Xplan/Iress or a comparable platform, together with strong Microsoft Office skills including macros.
- Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
