About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses with strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, a commitment to safe high-quality patient/resident centred care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
  • Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
  • Critical Thinking: Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.
