About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with strong communication skills, sound clinical knowledge, a commitment to safe high-quality patient/resident centred care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

As the Registered Nurse, you will

About You

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent
  • Knowledge and skills to develop and document a plan of care that reflects the identified needs of the patient, with co ordinating safe effective and efficient discharge planning or transfer.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing professional development.
