Team Leader - Homecare Services
Social Compass Group
Better Health Network
Community Health… but not as you know it.
- Real leadership, real scope — not a coordinator with a new title.
- BHN is mid-transformation. Your ideas will land.
- Melbourne's most diverse community health organisation.
At Better Health Network, community health is being reimagined. www.bhn.org.au
BHN is a large, multi-service organisation in Melbourne's south-east, and right now they are in the middle of something genuinely interesting: rebuilding their model of care to be more connected, more responsive and better for the people they serve.
