PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Provide high quality administrative, research, reporting and advisory services to assist in the effective delivery of Power and Water’s

Employee Relations function. This position contributes to a values-aligned, psychologically safe, and legally compliant culture at Power and

Water.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The “WHAT” to be delivered

  • Interpret relevant legislation and industrial instruments (e.g.: enterprise agreement), undertake research and provide advice on a wide

range of industrial relations and human resource matters.

  • Actively participate in the enterprise agreement bargaining process, including supporting negotiations, drafting communications,

implementation, administrative support and market research and analysis.

  • Analyse and implement changes arising from employment legislation, enterprise agreements or government policies, including assessing

organisational impacts, engaging stakeholders and supporting the rollout of changes across the business.

  • Maintain registers and monitor workforce-related arrangements to support organisational governance, reporting and compliance

requirements.

  • Assist in ER case management including disciplinary processes, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Complete simple ER related investigations under supervision of the Manager, Employee Relations.
