Aquent has partnered with a global retailer & manufacturer looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead.

In this 12-month contract, you’ll have the opportunity to guide a cross-functional squad to deliver marketing analytics projects (B2B & B2C). Using your behavioural analytics skills and working with the BI team, you’ll provide proactive insights to Marketing and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement. Based in SE Melbourne with hybrid working (3/2 split), offering $150-160k + Super.

Requirements

  • In-depth analytics experience in a marketing or digital environment is essential
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the data squad
  • Experience in a large, complex corporate environment
  • Able to sit between IT and the business, translating complex data into business insights
  • Strong behavioural analytics and segmentation experience and comfortable managing data governance, quality, pipelines and activation for marketing
  • Tech stack: PowerBI, KNIME, SQL, Databricks, Power Platform, Azure, HubSpot & Dynamics
