Our client is a well-established and highly regarded multidisciplinary accounting and advisory firm seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing Business Services team.

The Opportunity

Working closely with an experienced Director and a collaborative team, you will manage a diverse client portfolio across a range of industries while playing a key role in supporting clients with their ongoing business and taxation needs.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and compliance work
• Managing a portfolio of business services clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with business advisory and strategic client projects
• Mentoring junior accountants
• Working closely with the Director on client matters and business development initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 4+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice / Business Services Accounting
• CA or CPA qualification (completed or nearing completion)
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience using Xero and cloud-based accounting systems
• A genuine interest in developing your advisory capabilities
