Are you an experienced Change Manager with a passion for leading transformative initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Change Manager to join our team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months, based in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Co-Pilot rollout, ensuring smooth adoption across teams
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and training programs
Conduct Change Assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies
Manage all Change Communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in change management, preferably within higher education or university settings (desirable)
Demonstrated expertise in AI and Co-Pilot technology implementations is essential
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
