Your role is to respond quickly, qualify effectively, prepare simple quotes, and ensure clean handovers to the wider sales team. You'll often be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping revenue, pipeline quality and overall customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries across multiple channels
- Qualify leads, assess intent and progress opportunities through the CRM
- Prepare accurate, straightforward budgetary quotes
- Complete clean, detailed handovers to Sales
- Conduct follow‑ups, nurture early‑stage prospects and support light outbound research
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and share insights to support process improvement
What You'll Bring
Inside Sales, Sales Support or Commercial Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Ability to manage high enquiry volume with accuracy and discipline
- Commercial curiosity and a willingness to learn
Desirable
- Experience in industrial, engineering or broader B2B environments
- Exposure to quoting
- Understanding of aftermarket or service‑based sales cycles
