What we are looking for

We are looking for a detail-focused payroll professional with a strong accuracy mindset and the ability to interpret awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation. A collaborative team player with excellent communication and a strong focus on stakeholder support. A self-starter who can manage competing deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time maximum term role through to early 2027, with opportunity for extension or permanency.

What you’ll do

• Process end-to-end weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Manage payroll data, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
• Respond to payroll enquiries and support internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legislative, tax, and super obligations

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years payroll or related administration experience
• Experience with Payroll systems (Preceda, Dayforce or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capability
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
