We’re hiring Intermediate to Senior Surveyors across multiple roles on high-profile defence projects with long-term stability and real impact. Build career-defining experience, then wrap up your day by the waterfront or head off-grid for the weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-organise job requirements including plans, field notes, DWG files and calculations
• Prepare plans from field data, including reduction and processing of survey data
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, maintain relationships and deliver outcomes
• Lead and mentor junior surveyors in the field and office
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

You’ll thrive in our team if you have:

• Proven experience as a surveyor with strong knowledge of surveying techniques and practices
• Experience using 12D Field (highly regarded)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Diploma in surveying, Geomatics Engineering or TAFE equivalent
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to various project sites
• Must be an Australian Citizen for defence clearance
