The Opportunity
The Senior Project Manager - Integration supports the strategic planning of Victoria's transmission system and renewable energy projects through directing and overseeing transmission planning development and delivery activities, assisting with strategic direction and cultivating effective, collaborative stakeholder relationships.
The Senior Project Manager – Integration brings together multiple workstreams and teams across VicGrid to deliver the Victorian Transmission Plan (VTP), ensuring timely input from all stakeholders to keep the program on track.
The role designs and delivers governance systems for the VTP program and oversees delivery through leadership of the VTP project management team.

What you will deliver
- Champion and integrate multiple workstreams to deliver the VTP program, aligning scope, schedule and resources across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Act as Project Manager for the VTP program, driving end-to-end delivery and ensuring outcomes meet time, cost, quality and safety expectations.
- Provide strong people leadership, building capability, aligning priorities and fostering high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Apply strategic thinking to balance competing demands, optimise delivery approaches and ensure alignment to broader organisational objectives.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated capability to manage and integrate multiple workstreams, effectively managing schedules, dependencies and performance across diverse teams.
- Proven experience managing large and complex programs or projects, with accountability for delivering outcomes to defined timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
- Experience bringing technical expertise to connect functions and enable coordinated delivery.
- Experience applying strategic judgment to complex environments, balancing competing priorities and ensuring delivery of coherent program outcomes.
