Lifestyle Coordinator | Villa Maria Eastern Heights (QLD)
- Permanent Full‑Time | Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm
- Base rate: $38.10 per hour + Superannuation + Not for Profit Benefits

About The Role
We are seeking a warm, organised and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Villa Maria Eastern Heights. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver meaningful lifestyle and engagement experiences that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and life stories, while ensuring safe, inclusive and person‑centred practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver lifestyle programs and activities that support resident wellbeing and engagement
- Complete lifestyle assessments, care plans and maintain accurate documentation/records
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues and external stakeholders (e.g., entertainers, suppliers, volunteers)
- Promote resident choice and respect residents’ values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs
- Conduct environmental/activity risk assessments and ensure activities are delivered safely in line with WHS requirements
About You
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (or similar)
- Experience working in a residential aged care setting (or similar)
- Warm, empathetic communication style and confidence engaging with a wide range of people
- Strong time‑management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous improvement
