We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team at Villa Maria Fortitude Valley. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide exceptional customer service, support day-to-day operations, and manage rosters to ensure smooth running of the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional administrative support to the home leadership team
• Assist with publishing of fortnightly rosters, ensuring all shifts are appropriately filled
• Assist with room occupancy coordination
• Create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our community

About You

• A compassionate nature and genuine passion for supporting older people
• Proven administrative experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Certificate II or III in Business Administration (or similar qualification)
• Experience using Humanforce for rostering (highly regarded)
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (testing required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willing to obtain a Police Check and NDIS Clearance
