We’re on the lookout for a National Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to help drive a strong, proactive safety culture across our venues.
This is your chance to partner with teams on the ground, influence meaningful change, and bring safety to life in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support incident management, reporting and follow-up actions
- Assist with workers compensation, injury management and return-to-work programs
- Deliver and maintain engaging safety training and resources
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Support and improve our Safety Management System (SMS)
- Partner with teams to embed a positive, safety-first culture

About You
- 3+ years’ experience in a WHS or safety role
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and frameworks
- Knowledge of workers compensation and injury management
- A proactive, organised self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships
