We are looking for someone passionate about fashion who is ready to step into a leadership role while contributing to exceptional customer service and strong stock management. Working alongside the management team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the store, supporting a friendly and motivated team and ensuring our stock processes run smoothly. We are seeking someone who leads by example, enjoys taking initiative and thrives in a role that combines customer service with operational responsibility.

This full-time opportunity (38 hours per week) offers a genuine pathway to develop both your leadership and operational skills while taking an exciting step forward in your fashion career. In this position, you will support daily store operations, assist in driving sales, and step into a leadership role when required.

You will also oversee key stock tasks including unpacking weekly deliveries, replenishment, cycle counts, stock transfers, and maintaining organised and efficient stock areas.
