A Day in the Life As the Assistant Boutique Manager for our YSL boutique in Chadstone, Melbourne, you will be a key partner to the Boutique Manager, inspiring a team of beauty experts to create unforgettable luxury experiences. You will be at the heart of our retail operations, driving performance and embodying the edgy, sophisticated spirit of Yves Saint Laurent. This role is a full time position requiring you to work some weekend days.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading by Example: Motivate and coach the team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving sales success.
- Driving Retail Excellence: Uphold impeccable store standards, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Building Client Relationships: Champion our clienteling strategy to build a loyal customer base and elevate the customer experience.
- Commercial Strategy: Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the boutique’s business strategy.

- Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably within a luxury or beauty environment.
