At Burnie Brae, our Domestic Care Assistants help older people across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay stay independent, comfortable and connected in their own homes.

This role is about more than cleaning - it’s about providing a friendly face, a helping hand and support that helps people continue living well at home.

What you’ll do

You’ll visit clients in their homes and assist with:

• Household cleaning and tidying
• Laundry and changing bed linen
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Friendly social connection and wellbeing check-ins
• Supporting independence at home
• Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any concerns
• Following care plans and completing documentation

What you’ll need

• Driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR certificates
• Confidence using a smartphone for schedules and communication
