Our multidisciplinary team’s partner with consumers, families and carers to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based support for adults experiencing serious mental illness. Your New Role

  • Provide expert clinical dietetic assessment, nutrition management, intervention and program development for people experiencing mental ill health
  • Work as part of a specialised multidisciplinary team including GP, dietitian, nurses, psychologist and mental health clinicians to improve physical health outcomes
  • Collaborate with community mental health teams and external services to ensure coordinated, continuity of care
  • Contribute to service development, clinical leadership, education and quality improvement initiatives
  • Initially based at Waratah Clinic (Moonee Ponds), with a new community clinic site opening near RMH

About You

  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in nutrition management for people experiencing mental illness
  • Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience, including at least 3 years in eating disorders and/or mental health
  • Proven leadership capability with experience supporting colleagues and contributing to service development
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex multidisciplinary environments
  • Commitment to supervision, mentoring and clinical education
