We’re currently seeking skilled Auto Electricians for a permanent position supporting heavy mining equipment on site. If you’re looking for long-term stability, strong earning potential, and a roster that gives you time at home, this opportunity delivers.

The Role

Working within a high-performing maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems across a fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment. The role will involve a mix of planned maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown support to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on mobile plant
• Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Responding to equipment breakdowns efficiently and safely
• Conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and compliance standards
• Working collaboratively with other trades and site personnel
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop

About You To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification as an Auto Electrician
• Valid air-conditioning ticket
• Experience working on mining or heavy earthmoving equipment preferred
• Current driver’s licence
• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, or the ability to obtain
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
