The Role

Flow Athletic is on the hunt for our next people-person with admin skills to own the front desk with unwavering confidence. You'll be the first smile our members see, the voice on the phone and the organiser who keeps our studio running like clockwork.

We're looking for 2 casuals that will be available for either AM or PM shifts

The Ins and Outs

Welcome our members like they're old friends (because they soon will be)
Book classes & schedule appointments (don't worry, we'll train you on the system)
Handle calls and emails, along with general admin
Take payments and answer membership FAQ's
Help out with the day-to-day flow (pun 100% intended)
Keeping our reception space looking sharp

Who Are We Looking For?

Friendly and confident personality
Always up for a chat
Reliable and organised (you've got your life together... or at least your calendar)
Tech-savvy enough to pick up our CRM quickly
Customer service/reception experience helps, but attitude > resume
Happy to jump in and support when needed
