Remote

Do you possess the ability to parse the intricate layers of a Shakespearean sonnet or deconstruct a word's phonetic architecture with precision? Picture applying that linguistic and literary command alongside advanced AI to revolutionize how millions of students achieve language and literature fluency. At 2 Hour Learning, we're not merely designing the next chapter of English education—we're engineering it into a responsive, immersive learning journey.

We're searching for a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our initiative in reshaping English and Language Arts instruction through sophisticated data analytics, pioneering AI integration, and comprehensive subject expertise. Your objective? To accelerate the rate at which students acquire language skills and literary analytical capabilities by a factor of two—spanning foundational phonics through sophisticated literary interpretation.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're revolutionizing K-12 education with measurable outcomes. Our AI-powered learning platform is reshaping student achievement, allowing mastery at double the pace of conventional schooling. We're not refining the existing framework; we're constructing an entirely new foundation, supported by compelling evidence. Platform users consistently earn 4s and 5s on five or more AP examinations, exhibit growth exceeding two years on annual MAP evaluations, and exceed their own expectations of achievement.

If you're prepared to deploy extensive ELA knowledge within an AI framework already delivering validated results, submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Examine student literacy and composition performance metrics — including Reel engagement, MAP scores, and assessment outcomes — leveraging AI workflows and LLM orchestrations to pinpoint learning deficits and architect focused interventions. (Approximately 40% of your time allocation.)
  • Engineering AI-driven instruments that respond to distinct learning preferences, rendering grammar comprehensible, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary interpretation attainable for learners across proficiency levels.
  • Constructing adaptive learning sequences that adjust in real-time, shepherding students from phonics fundamentals through analysis of sophisticated texts, guaranteeing each individual advances at an ideal velocity.
  • Collaborate with content authorities, assessment professionals, and AI developers to ensure alignment with curricular frameworks and verify the precision of AI-produced instructional materials.
  • Converting canonical and modern literature into interactive, AI-augmented learning encounters that both instruct students and cultivate their enthusiasm for literacy and composition.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing conventional English syllabi or executing administrative functions—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and acquisition within our accelerated framework.
  • Manually evaluating volumes of student essays — AI manages assessment scale, allowing you to concentrate on system refinement rather than paper evaluation.
  • Preparing students specifically for standardized examinations — learners in this environment already exceed AP performance standards, directing your efforts toward enriching mastery rather than test preparation routines.
