The Opportunity
Join us on a structured Graduate Program that supports and encourages you towards a rewarding career within the civil construction industry.
The SEE Graduate program will see you working across the office and project sites to gain valuable industry experience whilst receiving fantastic support from our experienced managers and mentors.
We have multiple opportunities available in our Civil teams, working on projects across the Greater Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast regions.
Graduate Engineers are responsible for assisting the project management team with administration, planning and scheduling of daily project activities as well as QA, ensuring workplace health and safety, and managing people/subcontractors to ensure the project meets deadlines. You will be involved in site inspections, solve technical issues, provide advice and help implement project plans. The role demands strong drive to achieve required outcomes, whilst maintaining a positive and productive attitude.

About You
- A completed University Degree in Engineering (Civil) in the last 2 years or in your final year of completion
- Australia Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident and or Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
- A current valid driver’s license
- Some relevant industry or internship experience is a positive but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
