We’re on the lookout for a proactive
HSE Coordinator who’s passionate about safety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact across a large and diverse workforce.
What You’ll Do
As our HSE Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting, coordinating and driving our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs:
- Champion AMA’s value of “Together We Do It Right”, leading by example to foster a positive safety culture.
- Coordinate and administer our HSE Management System in line with legislation and company standards.
- Support WorkCover claims and Return to Work processes to achieve better outcomes for our people.
- Collate, analyse and present HSE data using tools such as Power BI to track performance and drive improvement.
- Assist with risk management, workplace inspections, safety audits, hazard identification, and emergency planning.
- Provide support for new HSE initiatives, audits, and projects across multiple business units.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills who can balance multiple projects while keeping safety front of mind. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A Cert IV in OHS (or working towards it).
- Experience or training as a Return to Work Coordinator (advantageous).
- Strong administration and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- A customer service focus and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- A solid understanding (or eagerness to learn) of WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and HSE policies.
