About the role

We Are On The Hunt For Motivated People, This Is a Phone-based Sales Position Based On St Kilda Road, Melbourne Working 9am To 5pm! Working With An Experienced Manager And Enthusiastic Team, You Will

• Start date - 15th June
• Establish the customers’ needs through compelling questions, providing energy options that suit their specific goals
• Demonstrate your resilience & motivation, making outbound sales calls.
• Educate customers on the energy product sets, retailers, pricing and offers
• Embrace our compliance culture and ensure a strong understanding of Energy regulations
• Deliver a positive customer experience and successfully refer Energy customers into other Compare Club verticals including Health, Life and Home Loans.
• Build rapport & ensure our customers have an excellent consumer experience

About You

• Experience in energy telesales is a plus. You may come from call centre sales, fundraising or other high volume sales roles
• A strong desire to be part of a high performing team & culture, earn great commission while you grow & learn
• Problem-solving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making well-informed decisions
• Must be open-minded and coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
