About The Role
You’ll play a key role in creating engaging, customer-led content across multiple channels from eDMs and websites to social, digital banners, and in-store experiences.
Working closely with our Creative, Marketing and eCommerce teams, you’ll turn briefs into impactful campaign executions, optimised for both performance and brand experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building digital-first creative across catalogues, Above the Line media, website, eDMs, digital and social channels
- Translating campaign briefs into high-performing, on-brand creative assets
- Creating responsive and accessible experiences for both mobile and desktop
- Collaborating with Marketing, eCommerce and Trade teams to deliver best-in-class digital assets
- Ensuring all creative is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Keeping a pulse on industry trends to continuously evolve your work
What You’ll Bring
- Graphic design experience in retail or high-volume marketing environments
- Strong digital design capability with a good understanding of eCommerce ecosystems
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and passion for creating customer-first design experiences
