Ad - Hoc Charter Driver

Ventura is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Ad Hoc Bus Driver to join our Dandenong depot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in safe driving, and wants to be part of a company that keeps Melbourne moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating Ventura buses across school runs, route services, charters, and special events
• Providing friendly, professional service to passengers
• Maintaining a strong safety focus and following all road and company procedures
• Completing basic vehicle checks and reporting maintenance needs
• Working across a rotating roster with a mix of shifts as required

What you’ll bring

• Current HR licence (or higher)
• At least 6 months of bus driving experience
• Valid Driver Accreditation & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to safety
• Ability to work flexibly across different shift types
