Coordinate and process applications pertaining to the retail network to effectively maintain and grow network distribution in a compliant manner.

What you'll do

  • Provide quality advice and coordinate all communication between internal stakeholders and existing or potential Franchisees in relation to the application process.
  • Coordinate the application process in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements and the Franchising Code of Conduct.
  • Coordinate site and applicant assessments, compile statistical analysis and report findings.
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including accountants, brokers, solicitors in relation to the application process.
  • Draft formal and legal documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements and the Franchising Code of Conduct.
  • Collate and provide analytical data for the Disclosure Document ensuring compliance to the Franchising Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain all relevant database systems.
  • Provide support to the Franchise Manager and participate in activities as required.
