Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking caring and committed people to support the elderly within their community to remain living independently at home by helping them achieve daily activities such as:

• Domestic Assistance
• Personal Care assistance - Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing.
• Attending appointments and grocery shopping (within the community)
• Medication prompting where required
• Preparing meals
• Reporting and documentation

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need

• Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
• Current references
• Mobile phone
• Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
• Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)
Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (desirable)
