Role description
Inglewood Hospital is seeking motivated and compassionate Graduate Registered Nurses to join our Graduate Nurse Program. This program is designed to support newly qualified nurses in developing the clinical skills, knowledge, and confidence required to practice safely and effectively as beginner practitioners.
Working within a supportive regional healthcare environment, graduates will consolidate their practice in alignment with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council (ANMC). The program focuses on building competence across professional practice, critical thinking, care delivery, and collaborative, person-centred care in a variety of clinical settings.
Graduates for this role must be available to start from June / July 2026.
About you
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Registration with AHPRA
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Ability to accept direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginner practitioner
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
