About The Role

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Mackay Region on a part -time minimum 3 days per week with option to work extra. Rostered shifts are 7.6 hours Monday to Friday with no weekends of late shifts. Our Mackay Nursing team participate in a rotating roster and work across the two Mackay region practices.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated care to inpatients and outpatients under the supervision of registered nurses. Your responsibilities include following patient-centred plans and adhering to local policies and guidelines. While experience in medical imaging is a plus, comprehensive on the job training will be provided.

Remuneration is in line with the Enrolled Nurse Remuneration 3.1 to 3.5 scale.

About You

• Full Enrolled Nurse AHPRA registration is required, with no limitations or restrictions
• 2 years minimum in a hospital setting
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Peripheral intravenous cannulation skills would be an advantage but not required.
• Current basic life support certification
