Your New Role

As Senior Designer, you’ll lead the execution of creative projects across packaging, global campaigns and digital ecosystems. You’ll be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to final delivery, balancing big-picture creative thinking with technical precision and exceptional attention to detail.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how frank green shows up in the world, from campaign rollouts and product packaging through to digital assets, motion content, presentations, retail environments and brand imagery.

This role will suit a highly adaptable, solution-focused designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to deliver premium, polished work without losing sight of purpose, functionality or commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Head of Creative to evolve, maintain and protect the frank green design system across all creative outputs.
  • Lead design execution across packaging, global campaigns, digital, print and retail environments.
  • Develop creative work from concept through to final artwork, ensuring consistency, quality and visual impact.
  • Create short-form motion and video content that brings campaigns and product stories to life across digital channels.
  • Lead high-end retouching, image manipulation and visual content execution.
  • Design clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with frank green’s brand identity, sustainability principles and commercial goals.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a designer with strong creative instincts, excellent technical ability and a sharp eye for detail. You understand how to build and apply brand systems, and you know how to create work that is not only beautiful, but useful, considered and commercially effective.

You will bring:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects.
  • A highly developed eye for typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and how to apply them consistently across multiple channels.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream creative projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong motion design capability, with the ability to translate static brand systems into dynamic digital content.
  • Advanced retouching and image manipulation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and print production, including packaging construction, sustainable materials and print processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within a premium brand, design studio or top-tier agency environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems thinking, packaging design and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality creative outcomes across multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative tools and 3D software such as Blender or Adobe Dimension would be highly regarded.
  • Experience working with sustainability-focused brands or purpose-led businesses would be advantageous.
