Our Jobnet Employment Program is delivering the governmentally funded Disability Employment Services (IEA).

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

About The Role

  • Case managing a diverse range of clients and assisting them in achieving employment
  • Assisting in program planning, delivery, assessment, and review
  • Actively sourcing employment opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with local employers, services, and stakeholders
  • Supporting clients through work trials, experiences, and paid employment pathways
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and contributing to the continuous improvement of CBS Inc. services
  • Collecting and submitting documentary evidence related to clients’ employment
  • Supporting clients to maintain their employment through post-placement and ongoing support
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI and placement targets aligned with IEA
  • Upholding CBS Inc.’s values and culture

Position Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential)
  • Willingness to travel with clients if needed
  • Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
