Position Summary

A hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator who thrives on bringing campaigns to life

through strong copy and seamless delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning ideas

into tangible outputs – from writing high-performing EDMs, to briefing and rolling out campaign

assets across multiple channels.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in

supporting the execution of brand and promotional campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are aligned

with brand guidelines, business objectives, and campaign timelines. With a proactive mindset,

strong organisational skills, and a passion for marketing and customer engagement, this role

contributes to creating consistent, high-quality brand experiences that connect with audiences and

drive results across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Join our passionate Marketing Team and play a key role in executing campaigns across our portfolio of beauty brands. Your days will be output-driven, with responsibilities including:

  • Writing and building EDM campaigns
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing and brand strategies, translating direction into tangible deliverables across B2B & D2C channels
  • Briefing creative assets and working closely with designers to ensure copy and visuals align
  • Coordinating campaign rollouts across digital channels (EDM, website, social)
  • Support Marketing Manager with sourcing, quoting and management of marketing, packaging and POS material
  • Proofing and refining all marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Supporting eCommerce marketing initiatives, including site-wide promotions and new product launches
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
  • Assisting with events, activations, and brand initiatives where require

About You

  • A strong copywriter who can adapt tone of voice across channels and write with clarity, confidence, and intent
  • Highly organised, with a strong emphasis on execution and delivering results
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy, consistency, and quality
  • Able to take direction and turn strategy into clear, eTective outputs
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working cross-functionally

Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • A willingness to travel to/from our HQ in Lidcombe, which is where the team is based 5 days per week
  • Proven ability to write marketing copy across EDM, social and digital channels
  • Experience in the beauty or B2B industry highly regarded, but not essential
  • Able to work across multiple brands, adapting copy and assets to the brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • A strong desire to grow and learn new skills within the team
  • Excellent time management and planning skills, thriving in a fast-paced work environment
