Where the team fits in

CampaignAgent is REA’s market-leading campaign funding and pay-later solution for real estate agents and vendors. As the business matures and regulatory expectations increase, CampaignAgent is transitioning from a high-growth product into a scaled, durable platform. The Head of Sales plays a critical role in this next phase.

This role owns agent-led revenue growth, translating CampaignAgent’s value proposition into disciplined, predictable sales execution across the agent channel. It is responsible for defining and executing the agent distribution strategy, building a high-performance sales cadence, and ensuring signed agencies convert into active, value-generating customers.

The role works closely with Marketing, Product, Customer, ResCom and the broader REA ecosystem to ensure CampaignAgent’s sales motion is aligned, data-driven and scalable.
