We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our friendly and supportive team in Gladstone, QLD on a casual basis.

About The Role

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This is a diverse and hands-on position that combines administration, customer service and medical screening responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Providing professional reception and administrative support
• Coordinating and processing medical bookings
• Managing medical results and associated documentation
• Administering health questionnaires
• Conducting preliminary medical assessments
• Accurate data entry and record management
• Processing invoices and supporting billing activities
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, patients and stakeholders
• Collecting specimens, including supervising Drug and Alcohol Testing
• Performing audiometry testing
• Performing spirometry testing

You Will Also Hold, Or Be Willing To Obtain

• A current CPR Certificate
• A current Working with Children Check

Previous experience within a medical, clinical, occupational health or reception environment will be highly regarded. However, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
