About The Role

Provide flexible, hands‑on administrative support across the Hospital Without Walls Directorate, helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and continuity of services. You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams, building strong relationships while supporting reception, data, reporting and coordination tasks. This role offers variety, collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to improving care delivery and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reception, phone and general admin support
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and activity data
  • Prepare reports, documents and meeting materials
  • Coordinate supplies, bookings and resource requests
  • Support audits, reporting and administrative processes
  • Work across teams to maintain service continuity

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and team systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in healthcare or similar environment desirable
