Our client, a well-regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Employment team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised practice, working alongside market-leading partners on a broad and sophisticated range of employment matters for an impressive client base spanning Australian and international organisations.

You will work closely with senior partners who are widely recognised for their expertise and market-leading experience across the full spectrum of employment law, including workplace relations, industrial disputes, executive remuneration, workplace investigations, employment litigation and corporate support. The team advises some of Australia's most prominent employers across a range of industries on their most complex and sensitive employment matters.

The firm offers a genuinely balanced working environment with reasonable billing and business development expectations, making this an excellent option for a senior lawyer seeking high-quality work without the intensity of some of the leading law firms. This opportunity will suit a driven and commercially minded employment lawyer seeking to take the next step in their career on a truly international platform.

• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience from a reputable employment team, across a broad range of employment and workplace relations matters (litigation and advisory).

• Australian qualified with good academic achievement.

• The ability to work autonomously, within a close-knit team, with both a practical approach and strong communication skills.
