The Opportunity
- Clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Care planning, assessments, and ongoing care evaluation
- Leading and supporting the care team
- Incident management, quality improvement, and accreditation readiness
- Resident classification and funding optimisation
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as Registered Nurse, including aged care leadership exposure
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality systems
- Confident, hands-on leader with a resident-first approach
