My client is an established accounting firm are seeking a Business Services Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.

You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of approx. $1M and 3-4 accountants (off-shore and on-site). Clients range from a variety of industry sectors, with the majority of clients ranging up to $50M turnover and some large private groups.

Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entities
Finalising complex financial accounts
Formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST and more
Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning and restructuring advice
Train, mentor and delegate to team members
Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines
Providing support to Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives

Applicants: (Ideal but not essential)

Currently working in a Heavy Supervisor or Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax
CA/CPA qualified
Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen
