We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Partner Growth Manager to join the APAC team. This role will focus on managing and expanding strategic partner relationships across Australia, driving customer retention, adoption and revenue growth while delivering an exceptional
client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of strategic partners, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and commercial value.
- Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Drive retention and expansion initiatives through proactive account planning and relationship management.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to partner objectives and business needs.
- Monitor account performance, utilisation and engagement metrics to reduce churn and maximise growth opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations, business reviews and strategic recommendations to partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management while contributing to broader commercial objectives.
About You
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships or Relationship Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage audiences and communicate value effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
