Troocoo is proud to be partnering with The Lottery Corporation to appoint a Programmatic Operations Manager to join their Media Studio team.
The Media Studio operates as a centralised centre of excellence, responsible for the activation, execution, and measurement of digital media across The Lottery Corporation’s portfolio of brands. Working across business pillars, the team delivers specialist expertise in programmatic activation, ad operations, and measurement to ensure media activity is executed consistently, efficiently, and at scale.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced programmatic and ad operations leader to take ownership of campaign execution, platform governance, and operational excellence within a sophisticated, data-led media environment. Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams, you will ensure campaigns are accurately implemented, measurable, and continuously optimised across Media Studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across ad tech platforms.
- Manage inventory activation, PMP deals, and supply-side optimisation.
- Oversee tagging frameworks, implementation, and data pipeline integrity.
- Ensure accurate and actionable reporting and dashboard data flows.
- Drive automation, workflow optimisation, and operational improvements.
- Maintain QA, compliance, and brand safety standards across campaigns.
- Act as the subject matter expert across programmatic and ad operations.
- Lead and develop team capability within a high-performance environment.
About You
You’re someone who thrives in highly operational environments and enjoys bringing together campaign execution, platform expertise, and data-driven decision making.
You will bring:
- 7+ years’ experience across programmatic advertising, ad operations, or media activation environments.
- Strong experience working across DSP platforms and ad technology ecosystems.
- Exposure to The Trade Desk and Innovid highly regarded.
- Experience managing campaign tagging, reporting, and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of media measurement and operational governance.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability.
