Supervisor/Estimators, Supervisors & Estimators - Insurance

Evolve Talent

Looking to step into a business that genuinely invests in its people?

Due to continued growth, we're seeking experienced Supervisor / Estimators to join a high-performing team with opportunities available across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, North Queensland and regional locations.

Whether you're already working within insurance building or you're a trade-qualified construction professional looking to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, structured support, and genuine long-term career progression.

Why Join?

  • Nationally recognised insurance building business
  • Major Loss and Minor Works divisions

The Role

As a Supervisor, Estimator or Supervisor/Estimator, you'll take ownership of insurance repair and reinstatement projects from initial assessment through to completion.

Working across residential and commercial claims, you'll be responsible for scoping works, preparing estimates, coordinating trades, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

No two days are the same. One day you may be assessing storm damage to a residential property, the next managing complex reinstatement works on a major loss commercial project.

  • A Trade-Qualified Carpenter or Builder looking to move off the tools
  • A Leading Hand or Foreperson ready to step into a management-focused role

Essential Skills

  • Strong construction knowledge
  • Ability to manage trades and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving ability

  • White Card

  • State Management

The business has an excellent track record of promoting from within and provides ongoing training across leadership, project management, estimating, compliance and insurance-specific systems.
