Job Summary-

The Project Manager – Energy & Utilities is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within the energy, power, and utilities sector (e.g., electricity, gas, water, renewables). This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Risk & Compliance Management
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards
  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Monitor project financials and ensure cost efficiency
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor payments
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Assign tasks and track performance
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure projects meet technical, safety, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and performance reviews
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare project status reports for leadership and clients
